•Order confirmation

Payment of the full price must be made when ordering.

ARTICLE 6. 3D SECURE
3D Secure is an internet payment authentication and security protocol developed by Visa and Mastercard and used under the names “Verified By Visa” and “Mastercard Securecode”.
When the buyer has entered or validated his bank details on the www.dreadyrings.fr website, he is directly redirected to the 3D Secure page of his bank, where he will be asked either to enter a single-use code sent to him by SMS, either his date of birth or to answer a personal question to confirm that he is indeed the holder of the means of payment used.
ARTICLE 7. DELIVERY
•Delivery terms
Delivery is only made after confirmation of payment by the seller's bank.
Products purchased on the www.dreadyrings.fr website can be delivered in France and to all European countries.
The ordered products are delivered to the buyer during the validation of his order. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, the buyer must ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
The buyer can, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the billing address and not to the delivery address, by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the buyer by email.
If the buyer is absent on the day of delivery, the deliverer will leave a notice in the mailbox, which will allow the package to be collected from the place and during the period indicated.
If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, open, the buyer must then check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the buyer must imperatively refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery note (package refused because opened or damaged).
The buyer must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.).
This verification is considered to have been carried out when the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.
The buyer must then confirm these reservations by registered mail to the carrier no later than two working days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter to the seller at contact@dreadyrings.fr
If the products need to be returned to the seller, they must be the subject of a return request to www.dreadyrings.fr within 14 days of delivery. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted. The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
•Delivery times and costs
All deadlines announced are calculated in working days excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery costs are offered from 80 euros of purchase in metropolitan France only. This offer does not apply to all destinations located outside mainland France.
Except in cases of force majeure or during periods of closure of the online store which will be clearly announced on the home page of the site, the shipping times will be, within the limits of available stocks, from 1 to 3 working days for order processing and delivery time of 3-7 business days from the time the order is shipped.
In the event of a stock shortage, the restocking period will be communicated to you by email for information purposes.
Shipping times run only from the date of certification of payment for the order and its processing.

In this case, when the contract is terminated, www.dreadyrings.fr is required to reimburse the buyer for all sums paid, at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the contract was terminated.
In case of unavailability of the product ordered, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling his order. The buyer will then have the choice of requesting either the reimbursement of the sums paid within 30 days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the product, or to wait until the chosen product is again in stock and at this time there the buyer will be notified by email.
ARTICLE 8. PRODUCT WARRANTY

ARTICLE 9. RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE
After communicating the decision to withdraw, the buyer has 14 days to return or return the goods.

ARTICLE 10. FORCE MAJEURE
All circumstances beyond the control of the parties preventing the execution under normal conditions of their obligations are considered as causes for exemption from the obligations of the parties and lead to their suspension.
The party who invokes the circumstances referred to above must immediately notify the other party of their occurrence, as well as of their disappearance.

The parties will come together to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the performance of the contract will be continued. If the case of force majeure lasts longer than three months, these general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.
ARTICLE 11. COMPUTER AND FREEDOM LAW
Law n°78-77 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms is a French law which regulates the freedom of processing of personal data.
In accordance with this law, the information requested from the buyer (surname, first name, postal address, telephone, e-mail address and bank information) is collected by www.dreadyrings.fr in order to place orders and deliver products.
